Oh Jane - where on earth did you find that fabric? I wondered who would design that squashed fly / aka firefly fabric, without realizing it looks like someone just clobbered a fly with a flyswatter? Truly revolting and yet it made a good background fabric. Go figure...

Looks to me like you made a pretty spectacular quilt out of that ugly fabric, but there is nothing ugly about it now! I like it. It is very lively and colorful and yes, pretty!

It's amazing how beautiful ugly fabric becomes in smaller pieces and when put together with lots of other ugly fabrics. Great job and a wonderful inspiration for the rest of us.
