Oh, I am so happy to see someone else attempting to piece Minkee! I am making a baby quilt for a friend to give to her daughter and she picked out all Minkee fabric. I have not been able to find any info on anyone piecing with this fabric. My problem is that I have an old machine....1950's. It works great but doesn't have a walking foot. any suggestions on how I can keep this fabric from stretching too much???

I bought some one time to make a scarf, I held it outside the window of my car on the way home thinking it would be free from all the fluff on the edges..........wrong, that stuff was up my nose and in every crook and crannie of my house by the time I finished that 1 little scarf.
