I haven't been as active as I would have liked on this thread, so I really apologize ladies! I just finished looking at everyone's creative blocks and I think they'll make darling quilts!

Unfortunately now I am even more behind, but for an exciting reason! I found out just a couple of weeks ago that I am expecting again, due in Summer 2019! I am so thrilled beyond words, but morning sickness is hitting earlier than my other two pregnancies, or I am further along than I know. Sewing always actually makes it worse. Weird I know, but that's how it is for me with each baby. And computers can make me nauseous too!

Thanks for the heads up! I love how she surprises us with early releases! I want to put a barn quilt on my barn.

Congrats, NZ quilter. That is exciting news. I hope morning sickness passes quickly for you.

I'm not sure about this quilt along. I just thought there would be more animals. I guess, I'm slightly disappointed. I will keep hoping for more animals. I too would really like to see a cow or chicken soon. I was really really hoping that this month would be different. I'm loosing interest.

the new block is not new... EB did this block some years ago. I was really hoping for another animal, too. I may put together what I have so far and call it done.

Congratulations, NZ!!! I'm so happy for you but feel awful that you feel awful. Hopefully, it will pass soon and you can get back to the things you love more frequently. Rest well...

Judith...I hear ya, sister! I'm really not liking the barn block so I may hunt around and find one more appealing to me. I cannot imagine not getting more barnyard animal blocks in the months ahead. We'll see... And, QuiltnNan nailed it...I've seen this block from EB before, too.
