    Amazing, I had never heard of fried apple pie so just had to have a look. Didn't know that it fried has the same meaning as baked does here. Nice recipe though, thanks for sharing.

    I don't know why they are calling it fried when is baked but you can use these same ingred. and put a spoon full in a 7" pie circle or buy canned bisquits and roll out with small amount of flour ( too keep from sticking) a bisquit put spoonful of apples or peaches or sweet potatoes
    in center fold over seal with fork and small amount of water
    todip fork in and press together fry in small
    amount of vegatable oil or shortning. until brown on each side then sprinkle wit sugar while still hot. Delious
