One of my favorites is ritz cracker, peanut butter, a second ritz cracker then dip in chocolate and let harden. Like a reese's cup. Keep in the fridgerator.

One I made for an open house at daycare is easy to make. Dip individual graham crackers in melted choc. White or reg choc. Then set on a drip tray and drizzle green and or red or yellow frosting in patterns over the graham cracker. makes interesting cookies. You can also sprinkle them with any cake or cookie sprinkles or dust with powdered sugar.

I forgot all about the graham crackers........... what I did with them was to dip half the cracker in the white choc. when that was set dip the other half in the reg choc......... when that is set you can also do a cute little decoration on the top.

    Thanks for reminding me
