I was recently at a community shindig and someone had a warm chicken dip...She was supposed to get me the recipe but hasn't. It used chicken breasts, I know it had cheese and maybe ranch dressing and must have had some hot sauce because it had a little bit of a kick. With the tortilla scoops it was soooo good...I craved more of it for days and days. Does anyone out there have this recipe? Thanks in advance. Piece....

Sounds like a favorite in our house. Maybe this is the recipe. We often make it with leftover chicken. You can use bleu cheese dressing for tradition Buffalo chicken wing flavor, but we all prefer the ranch dressing.

    Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

1 can chicken – large size
    8 oz pkg cream cheese
½ cup Ranch Dressing (can substitute bleu cheese dressing)
    ¼ cup cayenne pepper sauce
8 oz pkg shredded Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
celery sticks, crackers or corn chips

Melt cream cheese over medium heat. Once creamy add ranch dressing, hot sauce and chicken. Remove from heat and fold in ½ pkg shredded cheese. Pour into 8x8” oven safe dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ºF until cheese is melted and bubbly.

I went to a party and one of the guests brought with them a rotisserie chicken, bottle of wing sauce, crumbled blue cheese, cassarole dish, baugette. While we were all chatting, she deboned the chicken and threw it in the cassarole dish. Poured on the wing sauce and sprinkled the top with blue cheese and broiled for a few minutes until hot and bubbly. Sliced the baugette up and served it. It was great and only 3 ingredients!
