knee pedal for my 500A
My 500 came with a foot pedal and I prefer knee pedals so I thought I would just buy a knee pedal converter but I can't remember where I got the first one. I looked online and found several different knee pedals but I would have to convert the electric.
The one I bought for my 201 was just a holder. You slipped the foot pedal into the bracket and the knee control actually pressed the pedal on the foot control.
Are we all confused now?
Anyway, does anyone know where I can get one of these?

Almost all of the newer (like post 1930) singer knee pedals are foot pedals with a lever that pushes the pedal. I've got a few of these - what does your foot pedal look like - so I can see if I've got one that would work with that style.

It's the standard vintage model (I think). The machine came with a cabinet . . . but no knee pedal part. This is a pic I found on the web that is similar to mine but mine is hooked into the sewing machine and has a separate electric cord.
