Yes, it was a good deal. Even if it didn't have the bobbin case it would have been a good deal.

The 301 is a slant shank sewing machine. The Featherweight accessories, ie feet, will not fit. Yes, $35 is a good price.

Accessories for the 301 are pretty easy to find on Ebay - $15-$35 depending on how nice the box is. Manuals aren't hard to fine either. I've bought two 301's that didn't come with any accessories, though one came with a manual.

Bobbins are the same as the FW uses, but as Caroline said, it is a slant shank machine so the other feet won't fit.

When you say "table" so you mean a folding table or that it came with a cabinet? Either is a good deal, but if it came with the folding table then you got a steal of a deal!

the table is the folding card table with cut out it does have the bobbin case and 2 bobbins.
Come to thank of it I might have a buttonholer and some accessories I bought at a yard sale a year ago that were slant. Now I have to find them.

$35 WOW! I would love to get a 301 and was watching one on Ebay and when I decided to buy it, it had been sold. Shouldn't have drug my feet. Even if it doesn't have all of the attachments, you probably wouldn't use all of them anyway and can find most of them on Ebay or other sites on the web. Congratulations on your treasure.
    Have a blessed day.

For $35.00 you hit the Mother Lode!! Both a 301 and the card table go for way more on ebay! Great deal.
    This too shall pass.

Congratulations. You got an excellent deal. You will love your 301! Just remember to give it one drop of oil each place metal touches metal (except gears) plus all the oiling holes each eight hours of sewing. Use only sewing machine oil or Tri-Flow oil, nothing else. Gears get Singer lubricant or Tri-Flow lubricant. It's easy to maintain it yourself.
