Dremel Tools and Attachments

Do any of you use a Dremel tool for repairing and restoring SM? IF so, what tool and attachments do you use?

#405 nylon bristle brush to clean all of the grooves in dials and screw heads etc. Polishing brushes and polishing wheels are what I use mostly for the SM's.
