That W&G seems very cheap.

The other though: Thought the baseline for an antique enthusiast was to have an antique... or maybe I'm just being literal

It does seem like a good deal. Someone had one on the local Craigslist that was listed at $600. Though not knowing old sewing machines, I don't know which price is more appropriate, but I tend to like the lower prices.

To bad it's so far away. That seems like a very good deal for the W&G.
I like the colors on the pink/charcoal one.
Oh yeah,
Happy 4th of July!

Another delusional seller.

http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ws...556088864.html

No clue how they came up with the date - they are only off 40 -50 years, so I guess that's close enough.

I looked on eBay - they are selling for $25-$50 range, for nicer looking machines. Fully serviced sells for around $100. Wonder if they have a different eBay they are looking at. . .
