SMOI - sewing machine of interest - it is a Singer. ID? Can't find a "W" serial number at ISMACS. It is new to me, but I am a novice.
MAO - Make an offer?

Has a squarish pillar...decorative feet on base.

Maybe I'm mixing things up, but it appears to me that there is a hand crank on the Singer and no motor, so I don't know what cord could be missing. It looks like a 28 or 128 since it has a vibrating shuttle is my guess. Have no idea where the W comes into the picture.

ISMACS doesn't show a "W" serial number. Looks like a very interesting (to me anyway) industrial model.

that is a Singer produced with the technology from Wheeler & Wilson when they bought them. Lots of the machines did this, like the W12 was re-marketed as 12W
