I know exactly what you got. A really neat machine!
I love the knobs and indicator windows on it and I don't think I've ever seen a buttonholer knob on top. That might help you find who made it. It's pretty distinctive. Very cool! I like the color coordinated case too.

Donna, unfortunately mine didn't come with a manual but although I've never searched for one, I'm sure they're easy to find. As for attachments, mine has a few low-shank feet and everything is really standard so you'll have no trouble equipping it with what you need. Mine's missing a belt (the belt was in tatters when I bought it) but the engine runs very smoothly. This is one of my project machines.
