I Can't Wait!!
Howdy y'all
My sister has a new boyfriend after being a widow for over nine years. He is also a widower, and has been giving my sister rides to church and going out to eat with her after services. I was visiting my nephew Sunday and was leaving her house when they pulled up. Her boyfriend told me that his wife had an old sewing machine in a case that he didn't remember her even using for the last ten to fifteen years of her life. He then said, "If you want it, you can have it. That'll save me from having to throw it out!" He doesn't even know what kind it is but hey... the price is right! LOL! I can't wait to see what I'm getting!!!

Anxious to see it when you get it. My sister' boyfriend says I've got first dibs on a featherweight he has. They call me to see what's the matter with it and can I fix it. I keep telling them, they should clean it after sewing on it all day. I pulled up the manual for it. He didn't want to. I have it he doesn't. I refer to it when they call.

OK y'all.....I got my machine today!!! It's made in Japan, but it's my first vintage machine that isn't black! Here are some pictures of it. I took pics of it from the front, back, the motor, the knobs and such on the front, a pic of the top, and a pic of it with the case that came with it. It came with no attachments or manual, but has several bobbins with it. Does anyone know what I've got, and where I might find a manual and feet for it? I'd sure appreciate it!!!

Very cool looking machine! It's one of those Japanese made machines so look for the JA number on it. You will probably need to flip it up and look at the lower front face or underneath. That number will help figure out what it really is. How fun!
