I believe you have a 66-4 model sewing machine, that was probably originally a treadle. http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_mach...sses-1-99.html Sometimes it is difficult to tell which variety of model 66 machines are. But the link given sometimes helps.
As I mentioned at new guy The official name for the decals on your machine is "Scroll (red)", while there are many that call them "Red Eye," from my understanding Singer employees call the decals "Red Head."
There are also a couple links for manuals in your other post.
