Oiling the moving parts is necessary much more frequently than lubricating the motor.

Thanks for the info. Going to the store tomorrow for the grease if necessary.
I can't tell you how excited I am about this machine. I feel like I just stepped on a diamond on the beach. Like I found a treasure in my own attic.
My DH says, "yeah, it's a neat little machine that my mother gave me". Like it's NOTHING!!!
Ha ha ha ............... little does he know. He is mystified as to my excitement.
Can you imagine? This thing has been moved to 3 different houses and I never had a clue what it was.
