Lol I did mean to say seller! By shipper I meant the person who shipped to you via UPS.

Miriam, I would old the seller responsible. They hopefully got insurance on the SM, so they will get reimbursed by UPS.

Yup, well they don't respond to my emails. I don't have any other way of contacting GOODWILL. I just figure to shop local from here on out if at all.

Miriam,
you could find a phone # probably by googling the location of that goodwill. I have bought a lot off goodwill with no issues, but I do know some are better at responding than others. Good Luck!

Miriam,

You can email and call Good Will corporate. I did that when a "local" store I had won something from did not reply. As soon as I sent the email to corporate the local one got back to me. The corporate contact info is in the gold "HELP" dot on the top of the page, then all the way down on the bottom in the "Contact Us".

Let 'em have it. Be the squeaky wheel till they cooperate.

Steve I think I hijacked your thread.
I got them to credit my account.
I'm bummed anyway - I had ordered disks for a Singer 500 and they are lost somewhere.
