Allen,

I never set out to collect these - they all just came with machines and attachments I've bought. I may have some even older, and I also have plenty of the later bubble packs that Singer sold their needles in. I'll have to look at some of the stuff I got with the Singer 12, and see if there are any needle cases with that. Would be neat to see some even older ones.

Cathy,

I just think they are so interesting, especially when layed out the way you did for the photos.
The progression from oldest to newest reminds me of the same progression we see in the machines.

That and they are so small that even my wife couldn't complain about a few dozen needle packages.
Overall that would be smaller than the smallest sewing machine.

If framed properly, with quality glass and frame, they should be a compliment to any sewing room. Might even look good on many walls.

If you have any suggestions of where to look, other than eBay, I'd be interested in finding them.

Thanks,

Allen
