Tri flow oil, heat like from a hair dryer, and a tap holding a small block of wood over the bobbin should loosen it. If the bobbin case is too corroded, buy a new one ( or vintage one).

Oh yeah,... they can be repairable, even when they look challenging, here's one I dealt with...
[ATTACH=CONFIG]452079[/ATTACH]everything on this FW that should move,...was locked up, hard. Persistence and patience will pay off.
