That pocket machine is the infamous Moldacot. They do not actually sew well if at all. It was literally one of the earliest mechanical scam products.

You shouldn't need a Google account to view them. There are 119 pictures and I just ran a script to reduce the size on all of them to 640x480. I can upload a higher resolution picture of any of them up to the original one (4608x3072), just ask if you want this. Just easier to run a script because there were so many.
