I don't know if I like this ................ The old way was sooooooooo easy and I'm a very simple, plain person. Sure hope I can catch on to the new-fangled thing ...................

I am fortunate to have an original Singer hand crank for my 99K. I have one of the funky Chinese made hand cranks too, much prefer the Singer type as its much smoother.

I hit "reply with quote" and it goes to Your Message. I am typing the message there. Below the post is a place to post an icon like the mad face. Below that is Manage attachments. I'm gonna try to post a picture and see if it works. I see it did work. It was just like the old way to add a picture by browsing in your picture files. I'm adding text by clicking on Edit post and when I finish adding on, I hit save and it changes the post.

Nancy; The Singer 306 also takes that weird 206X14 needle. MY neighbor has one that I covet but she's not selling and did say something about $500 when she did get serious. I like it but not that much. I don't know of any others (singers) that take the different needle but maybe others will answer.

Chris, I think the 319 and 306 take the 206X13 needles.
