Sometimes, after looking at these listings, I have the UNCONTROLLABLE urge to write the sellers and tell them how much of an idiot they are!!!!

my favorite "code" for stupid people is one I learned when I first started working with an end user trouble ticket tracking system back in the 80's. I kept seeing notations for quickly "resolved" issues with the only comment in the resolution box was "pebkac".

After finding one of my staff that had made the notation, I learned that it was an abbreviation....
"Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair" I literally fell over laughing......

The verbiage is a bit over the top, however the machine isn't over priced. I'd go get that one if I were closer.

What the heck IS that on the front of the machine? On the vertical part of the bed, under the light.

I don't know but it sure does need to go see Glenn and get the finish made over - the shellac is shot. With the finish like that I wouldn't give them all that much money either.

It looks like what is left from some old tape. Look at all of that pin rash next to the light. This machine's finish is in horrible condition. I hope that the person that buys it looks really close at the pictures first. But I am going to bet that someone is going to be VERY disappointed when they get it. Not worth the asking price. Not even close.

I bought my painter featherweight for $95, and it was in way better shape than this one.

I feel like emailing them the "condition chart" and saying "in this market (I'm in the same area as them) I have trouble selling clean serviced machines for $275. Where do you think your machine falls on this chart? "
