Default vintage machine I bought for Sis now I need your help pics

I found this at a garage sale bought for 20$ thinking I could find a manual.Googled machine and model number no luck. Can anyone tell me where to find manual for a dressmaker model 850-B. I need to clean it up and hope it runs good also hoping it will be user friendly for my sis. Did not want to invest in alot of money for someone who is unsure she wants to sew. What do you expert's think? is this a big mistake?

Wow, what a nice machine. As i was first told when i got my first machine, oil oil oil! If it moves add a drop or two. Check out the wires, any exposed wiring will have to be replaced. Ya did good! Its a nice looking machine.

I have an older dress maker and they are pretty user friendly. I used to use it all the time but now it is just sitting collecting dust and will probably go on the garage sale in oct.

You may be able to use a generic manual:

Thank you Miriam, I don't think this will work. I have oiled using triflow but it seems the wheel turns so tight no matter how much I have oiled it . any suggestions?

Is the belt too tight?
How does it look inside when you take the top off?
Everything good underneath?
Is the area under the needle plate clean of any lint?

It was really dirty and bone dry. I cleaned it the best to my beginner ability and really oiled well with tri flow. The hand wheel now moves some better but after a couple of revolutions it stiffens back up. The belt appears to be in pretty good shape as far as I can tell. One thing I notice when oiling it where I put the oil into the small holes the oil that dripped out is dirty. Any suggestion? I appreciate your support in this adventure. Thank you
