NOooo got too busy. I want to use a yeast dough recipe when I do. I went to the grocery store this afternoon, looked at the can dough biscuits, and told myself no way am I making them using the can dough. I'm planning to make them this weekend.

These beignets with this cup of coffee looks so yummy. Wish there was some place close by that made them, an all night doughnut shop... I would be there now.

I might have time to make them tomorrow afternoon, maybe that will be dinner tomorrow night.

Janice, I love your new avatar photo of you and your mom!

The slide photos of the quilt show on your blog showing all those gorgeous quilts from very talented folks in central CA entertained me this morning as I ate my breakfast. Looks like you had a wonderful time at that show too. You did an excellent job with the quilt show!

Thank you both, I was pretty happy with her out come. Now I have to start on the treadle, someone painted it with a very sloppy brown paint so on to stripping and refinishing the cabinet! :-)

Monica those look delicious!

Hey you all, Candace sent me this link. It is so cool as you can order an adjustable acrylic table/bed extension for your machines that you can use with several machines! I wish I'd have known about this table before I bought 3 acrylic tables that are machine specific! I have one table extension for my black FW, one for the white FW, and a 3rd larger one! I really like to sew with the acrylic extension when in classes - they give you so much more room. I could have gotten just "one bed extension" to use with all my machines! Now, I am going to have to wait until I find out whether or not my little Chihuahua puppy, Mowgli, has to have surgery before I can order another acrylic table. He has a fractured leg at the hip from playing with my Jack Russell - he doesn't realize how little he is! He is healing nicely but his x-rays are out for the surgeon to review because he may have some bone chips that require surgery! The whole thing makes me sick, but all I can do now is make sure he heals up properly.

Thank you Kathie and Monica, Mowgli is doing great. He is healing nicely and has been smart enough to hold that little leg up most of the time. I didn't know it was fractured until we got the X-ray. You can't tell by feeling, even the vet couldn't tell by palpulating the leg. I just hope it heals on its own and he doesn't have to have surgery. It just kills me thinking about him going under the knife, but if he has to he will.
