Ha! I noticed they'd reduced it. But yeah, sure....and it's missing at least one part by the looks of it. Who knows what else. We'll likely see that one listed for a while.

I just today moved my two 31's into my barn! I am confiscating one stall to set up my 31's for repairing saddle blankets, horse blankets, some tack etc. I have tried using the 31 a couple times, but the thing scared me to death! It takes off racing! I will 'have' to practice and practice with those mean machines or I will end up sewing a finger or something! I love them, though! I worked on my Hales Crescent's cabinet today - I had already stained and repaired the cabinet - now it is just finishing it! I also worked on my Hitachi cabinet - sanded and stained it! I won't really use the 31's until I can sand and stain their cabinet too!

Oh and I sewed this morning with my Pfaff 260 - which still baffles me! Why don't you try explaining why my machine works fine with one side plugged in and the old knee control, but won't run that way with a more modern foot control?

sayinng <<<< if I had to choose , Bang for the buck,, one had a unknown price,, the 31 wins at $75...

I'm teh guy that took off a weds planning on picking up , ( just for giggles ) a la vencedora decaled machine, then got get the 16 - 188 and be happy... but came home with the two above ANd a 66 redyeye treadle..

This hasn't been the first time..

I have several machines, one is a New Home model from way back, a Necchi, a Viking(Mom's) a Singer featherweight( my mom's) and just acquired a Montgomery Ward model UHT J1276. I am seeking o copy of the owner's amnual; a this machine has various stitches available built in. I don't understand how to use them properly and need the manual for proper adjustments.My address is<[email protected]

I am at the hospital with DH now. Has been here a month. Chemo is finished and we are waiting for his immune system to start working again. He will be here another couple of weeks at least. I drive 80 miles round trip daily to be with him. I'm doing ok but sewing and machine restoration are on hold. I read every day to keep up. Thanks for checking on me.

I was helping my sister and the other church member clean out a storage room at the church. We found 2 vintage sewing machines. One was a singer and the other was a regal paveway, made by The National sewing machine co. I have never heard about the regal and can't seem to find much about it on the internet.It's small like feather waight , but it is real heavy. Dose any one know anything about it?
