Sweet Stitches, Super Quiet, Emdeko!
Look what I found on CL for $25. It's in a Morse case and needs some love. Rust can be amazing to look at when pristine (seriously- yes I am weird). It's gotta have a full spa treatment.
But so far, it is right up there with my Morse and Necchi even though a good oiling is all it has received. Stitching is consistently perfect, every time. So quiet!! At full speed, its weight keeps the level of vibration very low. At 37 1/2 lbs, she is HEAVY.
Now if only I could find CAMS!

I'm still using a "Magic Eraser" to get rid of Shane & Mandi. :-)
What surprised me the most was how immediately it responds to the pedal, how consistently the sewing rate stays, and how simply it stitches through a lump of seams without even slowing! I wondered... Why have I not heard about this before?!?
