It's a chain stitch machine, Singer model 24, according to the serial number. Serial number allotted in 1924. Designed to compete with the W&G.

Looks interesting. I notice the seller said the knee bar is missing. So if anyone wants it, they would have to find that to use the machine.

Wonder how hard it would be to replace the missing component. If it only chain stitches wouldn't that limit it's appeal?
