Cool White Family Rotary Tension

OK, I know, I KNOW...the guy at treadleon says to NEVER, EVER take apart the tension on a White Family Rotary SM. Well...tough tooties...I did it and now I've gotta figger out how to get the dang thing back together. The entire machine was close to hopeless when I got it, so if I don't ever get it put right, it's no big deal. I've been using it for my guinea pig for all kinds of treatments, paints, etc. Besides, it's a very interesting machine to tinker with.

So, who knows how to rebuild the tension on this machine? An overly inquiring mind wants to know.
