When I do get to eat peanut butter. It's a treat nowadays, since I am dieting. I have it on a slice of wheat bread.

I know most of the peanut butters out there are made with veggie oil or some other kind added. And that is usually the fat I try and avoid. But this all natural peanut butter, the kind that is ground up with nothing but the little peanuts and nothing else. Is that a good fat or should I avoid that too?

with my mouth. Just kidding. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Can also just scoop it out of the jar and lick it off the spoon. Yum...

Peanut butter with sliced onion and a slice of tomato is called Mother in Law's supper. It's really good. These three ingredients make a wonderful flavor. The hard part is getting someone to try it. I started using Almond butter, it's healthier.
