I'm eating way less but gaining none the less....
Some of it water retention....give me my hormones back and leave it out of the food chain!
Can't even trust fruits and veggies either.
Farmers encouraged to supply the demand one way or another.
One problem ID by some government official:
Peoplellution............his word.

In my late 40's I was diagnosed with an allergy to pink meat fish such as salmon, trout, steelhead. I was still able to eat all other seafoods and I love them by the way. Three years ago I almost bit the dust after eating a piece of halibut that my husband had caught that same day. Now the doctor says no more fish anything and even took me off of fish oil pills. No lobster, no crab, not even a little bite as he says it could be fatal. He said it is quite common as we age to develope different food allergies. Good thing I really like elk meat.

regarding raising your own beef....been there, done that and will never do it again. In our area it takes approx. 10 acres of pasture per animal since we have so much water content in the grass during the winter. I weigh 123 lbs and was having to lug 100 lb bales of hay out to feed them....not worth it to me.

There's something out there that's working against us. What do you think?
...and you lucky thing...there is nothing better than moosemeat! It is so tasty! ...and no chemicals!

The only reliable test is a colon biopsy, but this will give you an idea if gluten is a factor. I don't want to give medical advice, but I have been there, done that and know how much better I feel without gluten.

The results were amazing! within about 10 days the joint pain was gone.
but the hormones injested in beef are a different thing.
