My DH finally retired! We are really looking forward to "the 2 of us" We have had kids, grandkids, kids, grandkids, on and on and on, moving in and moving out. I told them that now they are on their own. Dad and I are no longer their keepers! We are leaving in September, from Oklahoma, to Arkansas, Tenn., and on over the VA. When we come back we are going through Kentucky( and stop over at a Bluegrass Festival), through MO and home again. We are really looking forward to this trip and all the sights. (And of Course! Quilt stores)

Bought us a new pickup truck and we have a travel trailer. We will stop when we want and go when we feel like it!

Wave at me when you by drive by exit 108 on I 40...in Tennessee. If you are looking for a great fabric shop off the beaten path, I have found a wonderful one, all fabric is $3.00 $3.50 and $4.00. Brand names and no seconds. My sister and I found it on her first day of retirement last Tuesday.
Well worth the trip... It is about 75 miles east of where I live. That is Nashville way.....Have fun.
