YES, YES,YES, I have a project started UFO That I have set aside because
the quality of my applique is not up to my standards. This is a very special project
and I want it to be just right.
I've read about and tested several methods and am excited
to see what others have found the most succsful.
Thanks craftybear great idea.

Me too - count me in! I use the freezer paper method and do needle turn. I would love some tips on how to handle the really small pieces - my current applique project is a quilt as you go hexagonal quilt blocks with the applique designs modeled after Mexican tile patterns. Do you do needleturn on the really small pieces? I love Baltimores but they look so intimidating.....

Count me in too. Needle turn applique is my most enjoyable quilting technique. The picutre in my avatar is a needle turned Rose of Sharon hand quilted quilt that I did for a friend of mine for her and her hubby's wedding present. I used the McCall's online pattern and tweeked it. If anyone needs help with applique please pm and I will help if I can.
