I like the black. It seems to look the best. I think the blue is too much color. But that is just my personal preference. Beautitul quilt tho'.

I kind of like the blue also. Good contrast the it brings out the blue in other blocks.

The jet black .... like some of the others have said, I am concerned it is "too much" because of the size. However, I think that would soon disappear and create an OMG factor, if you did some fancy silver stitching in it when you get to quilting.

I would suggest that you audition with every color in all the blocks. That will certainly give you a better gauge as to which looks best overall. I personally think the blue will be striking.
