I like the black

Blue first, gray second. To me the black looks a little somber. The red doesn't really add to the quilt just kind of overwhelms it.

Now what was your first choice?

Sometimes I think picking colors is the hardest part of quilting. Choosing just the right color can be agonizing. I've looked at the 4 options every which way. And I think whatever color you want the quilt to lend towards is the right color. Although I dislike black as a general rule. I will substitute a dark brown or navy. But since you already have black in the quilt, it's ok.

I prefer the blue and the red. Beautiful quilt any way you go

I like the blue best as it makes the other blues pop plus gives the center more interest. It's beautiful and thanks for asking and showing us.

I like the red best, then the grey. It of course depends on the overall look of the quilt, but the red is a little more subtle -

Blue gives it that extra "pop" that the other colors don't give.

That is a really hard question. I don't really like the black too much, but the others are nice. But if you make it blue, that will bring out the blue in the rest of the quilt, which really has very little blue in it.
