More finishes for me today. Just little projects, 4 placemats and a table runner. But I found them in a pile in my sewing room when I was cleaning and now the bindings are attached and they are ready for use.

Congratulations on all the beautiful finishes. I really like seeing all of the great ways we quilters think of to decorate our tables. Food just tastes better with a pretty setting.
Marich52, I love your pineapple blossom quilt.
I am sad to say I have not finished anything this month but I am down to the borders on the quilting for one quilt so I will try to wrap it up over the next week.

Sherry what a great Row by Row. I really liked what you did with the license plates. I may have to use that idea this year when I do mine.

Thanks! Yes, I did the quilting - I bought a Tiara sit down longarm and this is one of my first that I have quilted, a learning curve - I tried a lot of different threads in the bobbin to see what she likes. The windmill row was from Calico Hutch in Hayward MN. I think Iowa stores are participating in Row by Row this summer as well! It was fun. Several of the shops also had license plates for sale - they were cute but i didn't know what to do with them so I decided to pair them with the row where I got the pattern. It also made a more 'normal' sized quilt.

Thanks! I really like how it turned out - they made it wider. It also helps me remember where the row was from.

Sherry: : Love that there is a story behind the story. Love that you turned it into an album that only you know about.

I did lots of sewing in February but I didn't get any UFO's completed because I started too many new projects. Lol! I will be finishing Judy's #9 Mystery train this month so at least that one won't go in the UFO pile.
