Wow, we have some very nice completed UFO's. Our own "private" quilt show! Nice work people.

I have not completed a project, but did piece three backings to go with their related tops. Those, of course, are now in the "to be quilted" pile of UFO's. This all seems like a never-ending process, which I bring upon myself. Guess that will happen since I started yet another new project. (sigh)

Sherry: Your row quilt is amazing and such fun. All the detail and the fun license plates. Congratulations on a great finish.

Sherry, I like your row by row. I did not do it last year and will not this year either because I have just too many other projects started. I particularly like the winter row with the snowflakes and the bottom row of sailboats. Yours is the first Row-By-Row that I have see that used the little "license plates". Good for you!

Yea for all the latest finishes. Love the row by row one but all are great. Loved the little elephant backing. I am finishing the binding for my guild's donation project to our local library's summer quilt raffle. Will post a pic when it is done, just for fun, as I helped do the last quilting on it, attached the label and am doing the binding. Glad to do it because I enjoy it but just means my ufo's have to wait a while longer. :-)

I found 2 UFOs when cleaning my sewing room this week. All they needed was binding, so now I have 2 little quilties ready for donation to the NICU.

Sherry ... Love your quilt! I got a kick out of reading you little "comments" on the quilt!! Especially liked "Loony Quilter" ... I can relate to that one! Also the "3 Loose Threads". Great job done on the quilt!

Krista ... Very cute quilts and for a good cause.

Well February is almost gone and I didn't accomplish as much as I had hoped. Here's what I got done. A set of pillow cases for my daughter. I had made three sets for Christmas gifts, but didn't get to do hers. So that was a small February UFO even thought is wasn't quilted. Then I made 3 Valentine mug rugs for my son, daughter & daughter's boyfriend. That's it! I pulled out my son's quilt today to start getting all of the blocks done... sashed .... bordered and off the the LA in March. He has a queen size bed so I'll be busy doing blocks!! The picture attached has "green" block number pinned on each block. The green color you see is not part of the quilt.

Default I think she likes it ....

Just had to share with you the pictures i received today from my classmate from 1st grade through 12th grade. This quilt was one of my UFOs I finished in January. Her granddaughter is fascinated by the pictures (of herself) on the quilt. This is what quilting is all about ... to make someone happy!

Sherry love your row quilt; Krista your little quilts are adorable; and Weasie your projects count!

You ladies put me to shame, but I did finish another project. It's only a set of four placemats for my stepdaughter, but they have been sitting on the back burner for too long. Finally got them done today. Do they count as #3? Here's a picture of only one of them.
