OK.. here is the Bread Pudding recipe I promised.

Biltmore Bread Pudding

8 cups cubed day old bread 9 eggs
2 1/4 C milk 1 C sugar
1 3/4 C Heavy whipping cream 3/4 C butter, melted
3 tsp Vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Caramel Sauce

1 C Sugar 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 C Water 2 Tbsp butter
1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream

1. Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon.. pour evenly over bread.
2. Bake uncovered at 350 F. for 40-45 min or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
3. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring sugar, water and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture turns a golden amber color. Stir in butter until melted. Add cream. Remove from the heat. Serve with bread pudding.

This is awesome and makes a large pan.. great for company.

Angel Food Cake with a twist
Betty Crocker cake mix only (it needs to be a one pouch
cake mix or it doesn' come out right)
mix one reg. size can of crushed pineapple undrained with
cake mix (in place of the water) spread into a 9x13 ungreased pan bake.
for frosting use one package cheesecake instant pudding
mix with one tub cool whip.
it can be made sugar free and angel food cake is allowed on surgar free, so I have been told. enjoy

Do you just mix the instant pudding into the tub of Cool Whip or do you mix the pudding as directed and then fold into the Cool Whip? Also, what size Cool Whip do you use. I have made this cake before and just sprinkled powdered sugar on it which was good but I think a frosting like you do would make it extra special.

 You mix 1 cup milk with the small box of instant pudding mix, and then mix in a large tub of cool whip, then spread it on the cake.
You can also mix a small can of crushed pineapple with juice, instead of the milk, then mix in the cool whip.
