    Curried Chicken Salad

    Salad greens
    Red, green, yellow peppers (whatever you have on hand)
    Toasted pecans
    Cooked chicken, in bite-sized pieces
    Apples
    Cantaloupe chunks

    Dressing:
    6 oz. Plain or vanilla Yogurt
    2-3 Tbl. Cider or apple juice concentrate
    Curry powder to taste start with 1 tablespoon
    Seasoned salt/pepper

    Mix up dressing and pour over the rest
    Toss and serve.
