I love potato skins using small new red potatoes. Easy to make from scratch.

#1 Sausage cheese balls-1 lb uncooked sausage, 1 lb grated cheddar cheese, mix this well together and gradually add 2 cups of Bisquick, season with garlic salt or powder. Mix well, then roll into small-med size balls, bake on a cookie sheet for 15 min. or until golden brown @350 degrees. These freeze well.
#2 Cheese dip melt 1 large box of Velvetta cheese in a crock pot, add 1 lb. cooked sausage - mild to hot (desired taste) mix in one can of Rotel regular or original, 1 can golden mushroom soup if you can find it- our store doesn't carry it anymore, so I have to use cream of mushroom soup. Allow to cook for a while on low-stir often, and serve with chips.
#3 Dill Oyster Crackers. 2 1/2 pkgs 12 oz. size of sm all oyster crackers, place in a LARGE bowl- set aside. Mix well the following: 2 tsp. dill weed, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp. lemon pepper, 2 pkgs (1.6 oz. size) of Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk dip mix/ stir dry ingredients well then add 2 cups of Wesson oil and mix well. Stir this mixture into crackers, making sure all of crackers are covered. I then place crackers in large plastic zip lock bags and shake vigorously. These taste best if allowed to season overnight if possible. Enjoy

Tortilla roll-ups, large flour wraps, spread with chip dip mixed with cream cheese, spread on wrap add some thin sliced deli meats, roll up wrap in plastic wrap in fridge for a few hours. Slice in 2" slices and serve with salsa on the side. I used to make these for my kids and they would grab a 'roll' and eat it on the run.
I have some wraps and will make them for myself--just because they are good, no game fever here.

Have done this before. ALso jalapeno poppers. But crumbled the bacon and mixed the cream cheese with bacon then stuffed the peppers. Dipped in egg white and rolled in Triscuit Roasted Garlic cracker crumbs, then baked 20 minutes at 350-375.

Another idea that's so easy is to place a whole block of cream cheese on a plate, cover it generously with Japapeno jelly and serve with crackers.

Buffalo Drums: This time of year, wings are more expensive since people love to make them as snacks--I use drumsticks instead--especially if I can find them on sale. Use any Buffalo wing recipe--they just take a little longer to cook.

Baked Potato Bar ..... Let everyone build their own baked potato as desired! Set out the baked potatoes, with a stack of small bowls with an assortment of toppings, from the traditional to the more modern and bizarre toppings. Extra potatoes can be kept in a crock pot, for those who want to wait a while til they have one (or for those who want 2nds ... or 3rds!)

Mexican Mess ..... with crackers and veggies

Geri I don't watch the football game either. I just eat the snacks. We often have homemade soft pretzels. This year we are going to a party and I made chocolate caramel brownies.
The baked potato bar is always good. I have served that to a crowd. I always put out lettuce too as most of the potato toppings make a good salad bar too.

Little Cocktail wieners in chilli sauce & grape jelly or wrap with cheese and bacon. Men always eat these up. LOL
