Mezzalune pasta (fresh pasta half moons stuffed with sundried tomatoes, olives, capers and cheese) with a quick tomato sauce, and salad. Easy peasy.

We had ham, baked sweet potatoes, and cranberries. For dessert we had orange custard chocolate chip ice cream.

Fresh grilled Alaska salmon with lemon/mustard/mayo sauce and broccoli with butter and lemon juice. Yum!

Must be a salmon night. I had salmon, kimchi (spicy pickled korean cabbage) and air popped pop corn.

That does sound good. Never heard of pickle gravy; but could do without the jalapenos. Can you elaborate on that recipe, please?

Nothing jalapeņo for me too....why do some think one had to burn inside of mouth to be tasty! I remember when recipes did not call for jalapeņo or now chipotle ..........
