I'm still working on my water row. Just couldn't get it together in my head but I think I have the plan now. Was a little under the weather with the crud and just didn't have the energy to do any quilting but am now back to normal. Am enjoying reading of you gal's progress. By the way what is the thought for row 3 - need to start thinking on that one. By the way we here in my part of Minnesota had 8 inches of snow - on the second day of spring - geez! It should melt fast though. Have a good day.

m-fay your so great heck with asking me! the sky is simply done with strips. cut 1.5 inches and 2.5 inches. and different lengths. chose squares for my second row thinking its variety now not so sure lol. its a learning experience. I have both rows done so need to press and can post a picture! its artsy lol so its ok. I love the mountains shown here omg wish I could paper piece. I was lent the carol doaks video and sigh I didn't get it. I need a hands on class to learn that skill. wish I had different sky fabric say three prints? that would blend so much better but will take this one for now. lessons learned going to follow the book strip quilting that I posted information about. lovely landscape quilts and its so cool I have to try it. my to do list is never ending that is for sure. posting picture this afternoon after my nap. I come home from clinic pretty darned tired so give me til 3 or so. thanks!

OMG! Travelinggramma, I'm sure you are talking about the town scene. Everybody, be sure to click on it to see it a little bigger. That is so amazing. I like the way the buildings are very precise, but the trees are only impressions of trees, but you know what they are. I can't figure out how they do that light and dark thing. I guess it's all in the fabric. Takes a lot of planning I would think. Thanks for posting.

Dorothy, Yay! Can't wait to see. Karamarie, ditto!

Elizabrat, I just used Google Images to search beach chairs. There were a lot of pictures there that might give you an idea or two.

I'm trying to post a pix of my 2nd row of the Row Robin quilt but am not having much luck. I'll keep trying. My row is the North Shore of Lake Superior.
