Thank you everyone for weighing in on the peacock print. I do love that fabric and it will still be able to be used on the border. I can hardly wait to start this mystery and see everyone's progress.

Very glad to see this thread! I've wanted to do one of Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilts for years, but found it rather daunting. Seeing the progress of others will be a big help to me. Love seeing everyone's fabric choices. Here are mine - using purple for brown and lime green for coral. Digging through my scrap bin today to find some more scraps that will work.

kele love your colors, I have a lap quilt done in similar colors, it always make me happy when ever I use it.

I have not been able to take an accurate photo of my Grunge fabrics so will just continue on whit them.

Can't wait to see what everyone's doing. I am going to download the directions, but wait until reveal to decide if I want to make the quilt. I've done a couple of mystery quilts, only one BH (which I didn't like and scrapped - that's how much I disliked it), so now I am a bit shy about committing at the beginning. If I do make this quilt, I am going to use different colors: browns, greens, golds and creamy neutrals. The greens would be the aquas, the golds would be the corals.

Love to see all the lovely fabrics you all have chosen. Can't wait to see what develops!

Kele, I love your colors also.

This forum and sharing our progress make the mystery extra fun.

Kele, I love your colors, can't wait to see those made up.

ILoveToQuilt, which BH did you make?

I couldn't do the mystery for GI because I had two wedding quilts going so I just followed here and had a blast just reading along. I didn't print the clues even.

Curious, is anyone doing Christmas fabrics for this? I'm too scared to veer from the color palette until the reveal.
