I wonder if I'll run into trouble using a dark solid for E? It's quite close to my J,K,L,M fabrics, but there is strong contrast between D-E and E-F.

Judy: Thank you so much for continuing to hammer at the relationship between E and F. I carefully read, I thought, what you said about needing a contrast but I kept thinking D and E NOT E and F. My question, just to beat a dead horse, is how much contrast is enough? Please don't give up on me.

QltrSue, I Love your choices. Would you mind sharing the info from the selvage on your border fabric? I have many fruit fabrics but settled for a mixed fruit fabric I'm not crazy about. I was wishing for one like yours but couldn't find it. You can PM me if you would be so kind. Thanks Jan

Lisa, you posted at the very same time I did and asked somewhat the same question. Thinking of going with a fabric that reads as one color for E. Maybe one of the colors but much lighter from A-D.

I got a Spiralizer for my Kitchenaid for Christmas. It cuts zucchini into noodles! I use the Sesame Noodle recipe for the sauce. Yummo! The spiralizer is a great tool, especially for peeling & slicing mountains of apples. Not cheap but well worth it and what a gift!

I wondered when Judy said solid white if she meant the absence of color or if she meant actual solid white. I chose a tot and I think I saw several others who did the same. With my other fabrics all having designs I thought the solid stood out and looked like I ran out of prints, so I chose tot instead. I am glad you mentioned this before we start cutting. If Judy says its wrong I can swap it out.

Yes, that's my question. Is it solid as in no color or solid as in no design?
