    Thanks for the compliments on my quilt. I nearly gave up several times on it. The first block took my at least 10 hours. Once I got the hang of it and got organized I could do one in a little over an hour. Since they were all the same it was easier.

    Hi WhitePine, your Hawaii is beautiful. Mine is almost done. I used similar colors to the book, which remind me of sand, sea and lucious vegetation!

    Here is my Hawaii block. The colors remind me of sand, water, and luscious vegetation.

    Well after reading 129 pages and ooo'g and ahhh'g over all the pictures of inspiration I will be picking up my book today and if I can't find it local will order tonight. Will be joining the group late so have some catching up to get done but I can't wait to start.

    Janey that is a lovely block - I really like the way it turned out.

    Plumtree that is some totally yummilicious fabric you have going on there. I have a feeling I am going to really like yours! Great job on the first!

    FABULOUS!! I love them all. Welcome to the new folks! I had surgery on my elbow this week, so i will be at least another six weeks behind. I am anxios to get back to my blocks, Till then I am loving everyone elses. Great inspiration!
