I had this idea; blocks with state names. Example: saw a cute block with Montana in its name.

I would love to join the 2011 BOM. I like stars, houses (have never done houses) I need to work on applique more (how about alphabets?)

I like the idea of a variety of buildings. I think you can make them as simple or as embellished as you want. Of course I love paper piecing so that would be a plus for me. Great ideas from everyone

I bought 1/4 yard of fabric with outhouses on it for my I Spy Quilt.

I am interested in this BOM. Kind of leaning towards houses just because I haven't done one, but can easily be talked into stars, or whatever.
