Well the countdown has really started. Will post pictures of my latest 2 finishes in the next few days. Just have to finish quilting the last 2 borders on my DH's quilt. I no longer have ufo's as I am working on my PHD (projects half done) I think that is so funny.
Love your fabrics Deb, it will make an awesome quilt.
So sorry you can't join us Blue Bell but check in and see what everyone is up to, you never know you just might be bitten by the bug and join us

Multitasking....I didn't even know Farmer's Wife Sampler existed until last summer and I just started mine in November. I figure with only two blocks a week for the Pony Club I can keep up most of the time. I've never quilted with this group but they sound like so much fun, I couldn't resist.

Howdy Pardner's, I'm sitting here just catching up on all the new postings from everyone and I'm smiling!!!! I don't know why??? I still have to finish my first block...went fabric shopping yesterday...got some great xmas fabric for the tree skirts I plan on making someday...meanwhile I can't seem to get over the hump for that first block!!! I'm also still working on a boomerang swap...have 6 more blocks to do...would it be okay to make the same block for mostly everyone??? I can't seem to get past the same type of block...my creativity has gone up the chimmney with Santa!! So nice to see so many new cowgirls joining the posse . Love all the fabrics everyone is showing!!! OOOOH only 5 days to go...I better get busy, Honchey/Anne

Looking forward to the pony club quilt blocks, I like the larger blocks as opposed to the FWS blocks that were 6 1/2".

I need some help please. I don't know how to "subscribe" to this topic. I definitely want to take part in this BOW, but I don't get any messages so that I can keep up with all of you.
Thank you, in advance, for help here....

Trotting back into this PC thread .....

Howdyyyyyy Y'All
.... Do hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season. And that you are now looking forward to 2012 with many pleasant surprises in store. Particularly, the Pony Club!!

No! I haven't abandoned y'all! Just have been busy with Christmas and UFOs and FWS and and and and ..... On the FWS front, I think I have 79 or 80 of the 111 done. Looks like my self imposed year end pre-PC deadline won't be met, though I am pleased to be as far on as I can. For the first while, I'll be focusing more on FWS as I really want to get those blocks done. I think my brain my get fried if it tries to handle both at the same time. Not to worry, I'll still try to get my 2-PCs done weekly.

And because I was bored (kidding!!!), the other day I sorted all my fabrics into colour groups, Christmas, seasonal, florals, and of course, Pony Club contenders!! I SO wanted that job done for a long time and definitely before PC started. So now, I'm somewhat ready to saddle up. However, I really do need to get them back into bins and stacked away, so I can find my sewing room floor!!!!

yeeehaaawwww ..... four more sleeps!!!!!!!!!!

I've made a decison not to join in; I must finish a bunch of projects before I start another. Was pleased with myself as I put the binding on a quilt I pieced over 5 years ago and am now stitiching it down. I WIP almost whipped (see the black leather slashing through the air; and soon hear the snap/crack in your ears!) But never fear I'll tag along and give wondrous praise- a riderless horse so to speak or should I say a horseless rider?!

Ok, OK .... I totally understand your reasons. I sometimes wonder how you get as much done as you do, with all that you have on your plate! Of course, we'll miss you and your blocks.

Everyone needs a coach, and that's where you can shine bright for us!!
hhmmmm ... wonder what is a coach in pony/cowboy-talk?

And yea for you ... finding time to finish a WIP, amidst all the Christmas action and all your guests!!
