Good morning...what a nice blessing SBG..there are so many moments that are near misses and we are grateful for those times.
Life is going to get really chaotic around here...lots of planning for a upcoming events in our lives so time will be limited in the sewing room and on here. I got a couple of little things accomplished before hand...if you haven't seen these you can go to the thread below. Take care all
Three finishes: one UFO, all scrappy, all mini completed

I have been busy doing some yard work. Our temps are up a bit. We haven't had any freezing temps in a while. So DH & I bought 4 tomatoes plants. We also bought 8 really big pots that were on sale. We will plant 3 more tomato plants on Good Friday. (One of those pots will be used to transplant my Tropical Umbrella Plant.) We will pull these tomatoes into the Enclosed Carport if the temps drop. We just didn't think we could pull more than these in, if it freezes.

I love those mini quilts, Gladie! Especially the one with plus signs.
Bev, can't believe you are having weather that cool down in Texas. It's been in the 80's here in Mississippi for weeks and raining, raining, raining. I don't think we are going to see cool temps again til the Fall.

A treat to see some more cute minis!
Planting tomatoes! My, my! Today we got 3" of snow. 6" was predicted, so we might be lucky, or we might get the rest of it tomorrow.

Well after I said it wouldn't get cool again here, it's back down to 40 today! Weather is always so weird here in the South.

Ok, love those mini quilts! Colorful.
Dublb, hope you get some fresh tomatoes very early this season.
Frost is starting to thaw out of the ground here. April 18th is the average last frost date in this region. Dh has his oats to sow then or before then No potatoes planting planned for St Pat's Day. Too dry here to garden this year. Cannot afford to water it all summer.

OK, it looks like the 'American Jane' line of prints, or something similar. I'm fond of those. Very cute. Those were some very small triangles!

Yes we have had some real nice weather. Highs in the upper 70's. We have been known to have an Easter freeze. Actually it is a usual thing.
Y'all are so sweet to encourage us in the growing of the tomatoes.
#2DSon flew in for spring break. He left Chicago early, had a a lay over in Charolett then went to DFW & from there to Abilene. Except the plane that he needed to catch in Charolett was late & he missed the flight from DFW to Abilene. They got him on another connecting flight but he was 3 hours late. OH & we got there early. We are finally home now.
