Oh the thought of fresh tomatoes....enjoy time spent with your family Bev.

Hi Jeanie, hope you've been feeling better...around here, the cough etc has lasted a long time.

givio..you're right, the do look similiar, but the fabrics in the little bit are way older than Am Jane! Some of them date back into the 70's!

QNS, I did hear that your part of the country was a little dry...we haven't had a lot of winter moisture, so will see what the spring brings...to get rain M/T...maybe pull the frost out of our gravel roads...they have been a mess with melting snow and the ice we had earlier.

OK, we live in an area that the rain/snow goes West or East of us. It can rain in Unionville, 11 miles west of us or 14 miles east of us, and we never see a raindrop or snow flakes. Strange weather here. All I have ordered for Spring, is more Giant Pekin Hen Ducks. They will be here in late April.

Off to see a Quilt Show today at Honey Creek. Judy Martin has a trunk show there we hope to see. Everyone have a great day.

Oooh, I'm envious! I love Judy Martin. Please tell us how the trunk show was.

I'm envious too! Her patterns are written so well. They are easy to use and understand.

The whole quilt show and vendors were great. I got to see Judy Martin's trunk show at ten this morning. She gave us permission to take pictures since they were in her books. I was toward the back, so heads came into the pictures too. A great big one off my bucket list to see her trunk show! Love how she does her log cabins to make it look curved. (And wishing for her latest book; did not take what I had to be autographed!) Now if I get to see one of Eleanor Burns presentations some day, I can check it off the bucket list, too.

They had four or five aisles of beautiful quilts there, a bit of everything, all beautiful...I did not attempt to take pictures at the show itself. Quilter 65 and I were back at my house about 12:30 pm. She went on home, and I ate, then sewed in my QR. I will remember this day forever. Wow, what a day! Thanks, quilter 65.

Amazing quilts, QNS! Was Judy Martin there, or just her trunk show?

I spent the morning enjoying some of the free Craftsy weekend. Watched/listened to a Marti Michell class on QAYG as I sewed... just brought my laptop in and set it up in front of the sewing machine! She has such great ideas and tips. One of my favorite teachers. Tomorrow I hope to watch one of Annie Unrein's bag classes.

In case you haven't heard, Craftsy is giving free access to all classes this weekend. Ends Sunday night. You can see any class but you can't get to the print outs, or patterns. Just the class video. It's a good way to preview what classes you might like to buy.
