She will be just across Bear Creek from me. While ya can see across the creek from my house ya can't see her new house nor can she see my house from her "new" house. Too many trees. She can see part of the Lake Club from her front yard but just not my house. We will have to drive around the creek to get to her house. It is still closer than the house she is renting in town. But in all reality, nothing is far in Brady.

Thanks for all the Birthday greetings, Love the porch on that house Bev.

Ok, I've been cutting strips for Bonnie's 9 patch project and you know me I can't throw out the tiniest pieces.. I have a bunch of 1" squares for your mini mini's.. all different colors..

Other than working and still going to PT I've managed to get a few simple quilts done..I can't upload the photos since the last microsoft update..I don't know what happened..

We're off to NC the beginning of June for 5 weeks then home until the early fall then back on down for an extended stay...
Stay well all of you. Anne

Sew glad to hear from you Honchey! Enjoy your stay in NC! LOL...had a friend over today and she hadn't seen my big mini...the one with all the little 9P's...I think she thinks I'm a little off! But she loved the quilt!

Work tomorrow and lots to do tonight before I get ready to call it a day!

Have not received this thread in my email in a couple of weeks. I get so busy I don't even realize it!

Happy Birthday to June Billie and Honchey!

We were on an RV Rally and left on Mother's Day. Got back last Thursday. Great weather and beautiful spots on a lake.

I have a couple of projects going, but really need to get outside and take photos of my finished quilts and flimsys. It feels so good to get some of the UFO's done.

I agree, JeanieG, it's a nice feeling to get a UFO finished! I'm really trying to do that this year with the projects I've got started, and catch that feeling. It always seems to be running ahead of me, just out of reach. :-)

I'm pegging along at the star blocks I'm making from the result of the last 9Patch swap. Then I joined the second 9Patch swap, so I've got those swap blocks to make, and something to make with them too. I still didn't finish the Hummingbird Boom block quilt, or the quilts I started using the color Charm swaps. I'm trying to stop reading the Charm swap thread, so as to not get more charms needing to be used... I maybe should stop reading all the swap threads! :-p They just make new projects for me to finish, but it's so enjoyable to sew with a group all doing the same!
