Great blocks this month Cheezehead !! I just got back from an out of state wedding and visiting family. Can't wait to start my blocks. Thought I would share what I made for my sisters sewing group. They always let me sew with them when I am visiting. This is what I took down to them. They are spool pin dresden plates.

Glad I am not the only one that seems slow on the draw this month. Everyone's blocks so far look nice. Interesting pattern. I was thinking no one was working on them this month as I had not gotten any emails of activity on this thread. I am subscribed to it but for some reason not getting the notices, so was happy to see progress being done. I just unsubscribed and redid it, see if that works. Keep up the good work everyone. Hopefully with taxes out of the way this weekend, I can get back to my quilting catch up.

I have found the only way to receive an email notification to this board it to check on it often, and reply.

Hi gals.. The chit chat has been sparse - guess everyone's busy making their blocks..lol (well a gal can hope, huh?) When there's not a lot of activity, you won't get a notice, so just check your email off and on during the day to see if something has been posted.

Well fudge !! My basket block came out at only 10 inches............I think I will wait to see how much fabric I have at the end before redoing. Might just add a border to it.
