I managed to get a bunch of sewing done. As I might of mentioned before, I am not worrying about being caught up. I am just trying to keep moving on them. My progress:

Step 1 - QST - only about 1 third done
Step 2 - small string blocks - done
Step 3 - HST - done
Step 4 - large string blocks - about 1 third done
Step 5 - adding wings to step 3 - done
Step 6 - Now I have to go back and complete step 1!

Oh well, I knew it would happen. I might just do the number of stars that I can with my completed step 1 and then continue - either with more step 1 QST or string blocks.

Brooke, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers this holiday season. Where in FL is your grandma?

Lakekids, great progress.

I am also plugging along, finally just finished the quilt I was making for mom, and I can maybe work on the mystery in between baking tomorrow, we will be flying to my inlaws for Christmas and I am planning on taking scraps to cut wings and squares for clues 5 and 6. Woo hoo!
